The returned item must be:
- Unworn and without external signs of wear (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective product);
- Packed in suitable packaging to protect against damage during transport;
- With all the labels for the product and without losing the merchantable appearance
When returning or exchanging a product, it is necessary to attach a document proving the sale (invoice, check or payment statement). Don't forget to fill out the exchange/return request that you will receive with the items. It is necessary to indicate your account number in the request.
